The staff at Heavenly Home Care understand that Alzheimer's care require a special caregiver. Someone that is experienced, kind, patient and understands each client's unique symptoms. Our caregiver's that we have assigned to Alzheimer's and Dementia cases are oriented and trained. We also do one on one training with each client so that they can meet the specific client's needs

- Assessments need to be more comprehensive. We have to take into account a lot of factors for instance, environmental safety, delirium, and the client's social skills.
- Consistency is key! Being very proactive in providing meaningful daily activities to help stimulate mobility, cognition and exercise.
- Medication management should be taken at the same time daily are more effective!
